Can I record custom sizes and finishes for an order?

Yes. Optional fields on the order and invoice hold dimensions, material, finish and delivery details, and print on your documents.

How do I categorise furniture inventory?

Use stock categories such as type (beds, sofas, tables), material and finish. Sales and stock reports can be grouped by any of them.

Do I need an internet connection to use it?

No. IntelligentGST runs as a Windows application with your data on your own computer or office server, so billing and accounting carry on during an outage. You only need internet to upload returns or generate e-invoices and e-way bills on the government portals.
