Last updated: 1 November 2026. Please read these terms before using the IntelligentGST website, downloading our software or ordering a licence or service.
1. Your agreement with IntelligentGST
IntelligentGST is provided by Seabit Infosolutions Private Limited, 2nd Floor, 34, Ganesh Chandra Avenue, Kolkata 700013, West Bengal, India. In these terms, “we” means Seabit and “you” means the person or business using our website, software or services. You must be legally able to enter into an agreement. If you act for a business, you must have authority to accept terms for it.
These terms cover website use and the general conditions of our offerings. A licence agreement supplied with the software and the written quotation or order you accept govern the specific product, scope and commercial commitments. A specific agreed provision takes priority over a conflicting general provision here, subject to applicable law.
2. Choosing an edition and placing an order
Review the edition, user allowance, system requirements, licence duration and included services before purchase. Our pricing page describes the available options; your accepted order confirms what you are buying. Ask us to clarify any difference before making payment. Additional implementation, migration, training or customisation is included only where expressly stated in your order.
Fees, applicable GST, payment arrangements and any renewal charges are those disclosed when you order. A future price change does not retrospectively change a confirmed purchase. Keep your invoice and licence details for support and renewal enquiries.
3. Trials, licences and renewals
A trial lets you evaluate the software within the period and limits shown with the download. Continuing with paid features requires the appropriate licence. The Express edition and paid editions have different capabilities; access to a free edition does not include every paid feature.
The portal offers annual and perpetual licences where listed. The selected plan specifies its duration, user and computer allowances, and any included update period. Annual validity is calculated from the plan’s stated number of calendar months; a perpetual licence does not itself expire, while update or AMC coverage may have a separate end date. Activation may associate a licence with authorised computers. Do not share, resell or bypass a licence key. Contact support before changing a registered computer or transferring an installation.
Renew an annual licence or update coverage when required by your plan to maintain the relevant access and services. Upgrades and additional users are subject to the applicable quote and activation requirements.
4. Your records and tax responsibilities
You are responsible for entering accurate business information, controlling access to your installation and checking invoices, accounts, tax classifications and reports before using or submitting them. Keep independent backups and test that they can be restored, particularly before an upgrade, migration or computer change.
Software calculations, articles, HSN references and free tools assist your work; they are not personalised accounting or legal advice. Confirm current requirements with official sources or a qualified adviser. You remain responsible for filing returns, paying taxes and meeting deadlines. Government portals and other external systems may affect integrations and submission availability.
5. Support and service availability
Support covers the services included in your plan or separately agreed order. Describe the issue and supply relevant diagnostic details when requesting help. Share only information needed for the request and obtain authorisation before providing another person’s records. Never send passwords or unnecessary financial data through an unsecured channel.
Maintenance, connectivity failures and third-party outages can interrupt online features. We may update the website and software to address errors, security issues or changing requirements. No guaranteed response time, continuous availability or custom development commitment applies unless expressly agreed in writing.
6. Responsible use and ownership
Use our services only for lawful business purposes. Do not attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, overload our systems, distribute fraudulent documents or interfere with another customer. Do not remove ownership notices or copy, distribute or modify our software and website materials beyond your licence or rights provided by law.
Seabit and its licensors retain ownership of the software, branding and website materials. Purchasing a licence grants the agreed permission to use the software; it does not transfer those rights. Your business records remain yours, and you must have permission to use any information or material you enter.
7. Privacy and external services
Our Privacy Policy at /privacy-policy explains how we handle enquiry, download and licence-related personal information and how to contact us about it. It also describes data stored in your browser by the Free Invoice Maker. On shared computers, remove saved information when you finish.
Links, maps, government portals and other external services have their own terms and privacy practices. Their inclusion does not make them services operated by Seabit. Check the destination and its requirements before sharing information or relying on its output.
8. Cancellations, billing issues and refunds
Contact sales@intelligentgst.com with your order or invoice reference if you need to cancel, report an incorrect charge or request a refund. Describe the problem and any activation or delivery already completed so we can assess the request.
Any cancellation or refund conditions expressly disclosed and agreed with your purchase apply, together with rights provided by applicable law. These general terms do not create an additional refund window or remove a statutory remedy. Ask for written clarification before purchase if your quotation does not specify the cancellation arrangements.
9. Restrictions and ending use
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address a security threat, unlawful activity, licence misuse or unpaid amounts due under an agreed order. Where practical, we will explain the issue and allow an opportunity to resolve it. Restrictions must remain subject to your contractual and statutory rights.
You may stop using the website or software at any time. Stopping use does not itself cancel an order, erase an outstanding payment or create a refund entitlement. Arrange any cancellation with us and keep copies of the business records you need.
10. Responsibility when something goes wrong
We aim to provide accurate information and reliable software, but errors and interruptions may occur. To the extent permitted by law and the applicable agreement, we do not promise that every feature will suit every business or that every output will be error-free. Report problems promptly so we can investigate.
Responsibility for a claim depends on the applicable agreement, the circumstances and governing law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits a mandatory consumer remedy or excuses fraud or deliberate misconduct.
11. Updates, questions and disputes
We may revise these terms as our services change. The date above identifies the current version. Changes apply prospectively and do not silently rewrite a confirmed order. Where a change to an existing service requires notice or consent, we will follow the applicable agreement and law.
Indian law governs these terms, subject to mandatory rights and any specific agreement that applies. Please contact us first with a clear description and supporting documents if a dispute arises. Any unresolved dispute may be taken to a court or forum with lawful jurisdiction.
